preparation

  1. UNPACKING

    Put the dumplings in a large saucepan with cold, salted water. Let it soak for 10 minutes.

  2. BRING TO A BOIL

    Take out the dumplings and hold them briefly under cold water.

Pfanni production

The same rule applies to the selection of ingredients for industrially manufactured potato products as in the domestic kitchen: They must be of the best quality. When they are delivered to the factory, a check is carried out to determine whether the raw materials meet the high quality requirements. Only then are they carefully cleaned and gently processed.

In the further processing steps, technological progress today allows food to be treated so gently that ingredients such as protein, carbohydrates, fat and minerals are largely retained. This is particularly true of the drying process - a natural way of preservation.
